John Levinsohn, CCIM
President, John Levinsohn, graduated from Indiana University with a
BS in Marketing and Management in 1982. Prior to founding Levi
Investment Realty, Inc. in 1997, he worked as an Economic
Development Specialist at the Indiana Department of Commerce.
Between 1989 and 1997 he was involved in the land development
services of Sweet Realty Corporation and the commercial construction
services of Sweet & Company, Inc., both divisions of Brenwick
Development Company. John holds the designation of Certified
Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and is active in a number of
professional and civic organizations. He and his wife live in
Carmel, Indiana with their two daughters. |

Charles S. (Steve) Steffel, SEC
Steve Steffel graduated from Defiance College in 1965 and received
an MBA from Bowling Green State University in 1975. From 1966
to 1977, he worked in marketing and finance at Marathon Oil Company.
From 1978 to the present, Steve has been a real estate broker and
investor. He specializes in land assemblage, zoning,
subdivision and development and has been retained by several
developers to locate and acquire apartment sites. As a broker
and investor he has listed and sold major apartment complexes,
retail centers, offices and industrial buildings. He owns and
manages income properties as an individual and in partnerships.
These properties include land, offices, retail centers and
industrial buildings. Steve has served in a number of
leadership roles in the commercial real estate industry including
chairman of the Commercial Division of the Metropolitan Indianapolis
Board of Realtors and president of Indiana Real Estate Exchangors.
He is active as an elder at Second Presbyterian Church and
volunteers as Community Lay Director of the Indianapolis Great
Banquet. Steve and his wife live in Fishers, Indiana and have
two daughters and two granddaughters. |

John Corey
Associate Broker, John Corey, graduated from Indiana University with
a BS in Marketing in 1982. He started his Commercial Real
Estate career in 1990 after managing several sales territories in
the small package transportation industry. Immediately prior
to joining Levi Investment Realty in 2001, John worked for
Kennedy-Wilson Properties, a publicly held international property
management and development company where he was responsible for
managing and leasing a 14 building office and industrial project.
John's areas of expertise are in the sale and leasing of office,
industrial and investment real estate. John and his wife
reside in Zionsville, Indiana with their son and daughter. |
